Spring Practice!
Open Season began this week for fall and winter sports. The football program will adjust our off-season workouts to take advantage of this opportunity to improve our skills. We will continue to lift weights three times per week. Our primary lifting days will continue to be Monday and Thursday. On Tuesdays we will get outside and work on football skill work. On Wednesdays we will start off with a quick lift in the weight room and get outside around 4:30 for more football skill work. We will begin official Spring Practice in May on the 2nd and play our Spring Game on May 20th. See Calendar Below:
